Problem of working woman

The threat and harassment are the two major issues which working woman have in their life. The woman who work in the Pakistan are mostly to support their family for a better living standard. Those woman who work have different sort of problems. The first and the major problem which they face at the first stage is they can’t convince their husbands for their work. Because husbands feels bad if the wife talks about supporting him in his responsibility and this male dominant society the thinking is somewhat disturbed of the males. The males think they have an upper hand and if the woman and wives will help them it will be some sort of disrespect for them. Plus if the financial problem of the woman is solved and she becomes independent than the male dominance is automatically neglected.
